Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Paramount Communications UK Pension Plan are finalising the winding-up of the scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by International Book Distributors Ltd. If you were an employee of International Book Distributors Ltd. and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the scheme which have not already been notified to you, please contact Jeanne MacDonald, Pearson Education Ltd., Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex CM20 2JE, within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
