STATUTORY ADVERTISEMENT UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

To all persons who claim an interest in the assets of the above Scheme we, the Trustees, do hereby give notice of our intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. Any person so interested (including Executors or Administrators of deceased persons) should send to the Trustees particulars of that claim within two months of the date of this notice (the “Notice Period”). Following expiration of the Notice Period the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets taking into account only those claims they have received. The Trustees are A. M. Morris-Conway and J. S.
