I intend to declare a Second Dividend to the unsecured Creditors in the liquidation of the Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, up to 16th March 2001 (“the last date for proving”), quoting the name of the Company and Ref. NE0044/G/SHS/SAJ. If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. R. M.
