Notice of Intended Dividends

BSL (SHOPFITTING & SECURITY) LIMITED

I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors in the liquidation of the Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debts with me at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, up to 31st March 2001 (“the last date for proving”), quoting the name of the Company and the Ref. NE0096/G/SHS/SAJ. If you do not prove your debt by the last date of proving you may be excluded from the Dividend, which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. R. M.
