Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28th September 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 12th February 2001, I, Richard William Gore on behalf of HENRY RICHARD THOMAS GORE, of 25 Dukes Avenue, London W4 2AA, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Henry Richard Gore and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Henry Richard Thomas Gore.
