Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th January 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22nd January 2001, SIMON BOND, of Gnomes Cottage, High Street, Hawkesbury Upton, South Gloucestershire GL9 1AU, single and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Tubb and assumed the surname of Bond.
