Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd November 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15th January 2001, Nicola Jane Crowther, of 2 Brook Drive, Great Sankey, Warrington, the mother of MITCHELL ALLAN CROWTHER, a minor and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned on his behalf the name of Lilley and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Crowther.
