THE MOST ANCIENT AND MOST NOBLE ORDER OF THE THISTLE

The Queen has been graciously pleased by Warrant under Her Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual bearing date 8th February 2001 to appoint Robin Orr Blair, L.V.O., W.S., to be Secretary of The Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle in place of Sir Malcolm Rognvald Innes of Edingight, K.C.V.O., W.S., who retired on 9th February 2001. Chancery of the Order, Court of Lord Lyon, Edinburgh. 16th February 2001.
