HENRY BARRETT GROUP PLC PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE FUND

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustee of the Henry Barrett Group plc Pension & Life Assurance Fund (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter from the Trustees of the Scheme dated 12th February 2001, should write to Fountain Trustee Limited, Princes Exchange, Princes Square, Leeds LS1 4BY (Ref. VMS/MJB), giving details of their claim be benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 30th April 2001. No person making a claim after 30th April 2001, who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
