Notice to Creditors and others to make their claims against the Trustees of the Broomhead Pension & Assurance Scheme.

Notice is hereby given, that any person having an interest in, or a claim against the Broomhead Pension & Assurance Scheme, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees of Broomhead Pension & Assurance Scheme c/o M. P. W. Lee, at DLA, Fountain Precinct, Balm Green, Sheffield S1 1RZ, and to send such particulars not later than 30th April 2001, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
