Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Derek Greenwood, Franklyn Lee and Sandra Molly Davis, carrying on business as a Chinese Restaurant under the style or firm name of The Brighton Pagoda Floating Chinese Restaurant, has been dissolved as from 31st March 2000, to the extent that Sandra Molly Davis retired from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Derek Greenwood and Franklyn Lee, from 1st April 2000, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of The Brighton Pagoda Floating Chinese Restaurant.
