NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING GUIDANCE FOR HOUSING STANDARDS
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA—UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street,
London W8 7NX, has prepared guidance relating to acceptable minimum standards for
new residential accommodation in the Borough. If, and when, this guidance is adopted
it will form Supplementary Planning Guidance which will compliment the Royal Borough
of Kensington and Chelsea’s Unitary Development Plan.
Copies of the proposed supplementary planning guidance are available for public inspection,
free of charge, from:

Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals should be sent in writing to Chris Turner, Policy Officer, Room 331, Planning and Conservation, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, before Friday, 6th April 2001. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the guidance.
Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 4 week period ending on Friday, 6th April 2001, will have a right to have their objections considered.
