INN PARTNERSHIP PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the Inn Partnership Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme should write to Jeanette Burton, Criterion Asset Management Ltd, Beechwood Place, Thame Business Park, Wenman Road, Oxfordshire OX9 3XA, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 22nd May 2001. No person making a claim after 22nd May 2001 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
