BROWN GROUP INTERNATIONAL PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme, which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following companies or any subsidiaries of the following companies, namely: Brown Group International PLC, Brown Air Services Limited, Brown Anglo Scan Equipment (UK) Limited, Brown Bros (Construction) Limited, Brown Crusher Hire Limited, Brown Engineering (Hymac) Limited, Brown Engineering Limited, Capital Airlines Limited, Cleveland County Motec (1981) Limited, D A L Plant Services Limited, Fred Brown (Norwood) Limited, Moxy Dump Trucks (UK) Limited, Northair Aviation Limited, Wharfedale Agricultural Services Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 15th May 2001, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to Capital Cranfield Trust Corporation Limited, Milton Chambers, 19 Milton Street, Nottingham NG1 3EU, marked for the attention of Mr. Charles Goddard. The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
