Notice of Intended Dividends

I, Ian Brown, of Deloitte & Touche, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6AE, Liquidator of Turbinservices International Limited (“the Company”) hereby gives notice to all Creditors of the Company pursuant to Rule 11(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare an Interim Dividend on 23rd March 2001. Any Creditor of the Company wishing to prove in the Liquidation that has not already done so should lodge a proof of debt at the above address by no later than 20th March 2001. I.
