The Trustees of the James Clifford & Son Ltd Pension Scheme give notice, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who considers that they have claims against the Scheme should notify their claims to the Trustees, c/o Spain Bros & Co, Falcon House, 73 College Road, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6RW, by 31st May 2001, using the address given in this notice. They further give notice that the Trustees will apply the assets of the Scheme on 7th June 2001 in meeting all claims for benefits known to the Trustees at that time.
