NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees are winding-up the AFG Holdings Ltd Pension Life Assurance and Spouses Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”). Any person previously employed, whether part time or full time, at any time by AFG Holdings Ltd or associated employers of the Company including any of the Companies listed below (although this list is not necessarily exhaustive) and any widow or widower or child of such a person who believes he or she has a claim or interest in the Scheme and who has not already been contacted in connection with the winding-up of the Scheme (since October 2000) is requested to send particulars in writing within two months of the date of this notice to Punter Southall & Co Ltd, 126 Jermyn Street London SW1Y 4UJ for the attention of Miss Eve Hole. At the expiration of a period of 2 months from the date of this notice, the Trustees shall distribute the funds having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice and shall not be liable to any person of whose claim the Trustees have not had notice.
