(the “Company”) (previously known as “Tyzack Plc”)

TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants) of the Company having any entitlement to benefit from the Trust Funds Tyzack Account set up on the acquisition of Tyzack Plc by GSM Plc in 1989, to receive the balance of the consideration for the shares of Tyzack Plc, which remains unclaimed by the dissenting Shareholders is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim with a copy of any Share Certificates to the Trustee, whose address is Miba Tyzack Limited, c/o Tyzack Limited, Green Lane Works, Green Lane, Sheffield S3 8ST, on or before 1st June 2001, after which date the Trustee will apply the assets of the Trust Funds Tyzack Account to all the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Trust Funds Tyzack Account or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not have had notice. The Company is empowered by statute to hold monies on trust for the benefit of unpaid dissenting shareholders of Tyzack Limited, for a period of 12 years (in this case until 16th June 2001) or until the Company is wound up. Any unclaimed monies remaining in the Trust Funds Tyzack Account after 16th June 2001, shall be paid into Court in accordance with section 430(11) of the Companies Act 1985. Any Member or Shareholder of the Company who has received correspondence from the Trustee confirming his or her right to a benefit need not notify their interest as the Trustee is already aware of it. 29th March 2001.
