THE HENDERSON ADMINISTRATION LIMITED 1969 PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given to all Members and former Members of the Henderson Administration Limited 1969 Pension and Life Assurance Scheme and to any widows/widowers, children and other dependants of deceased Members and former Members. The assets and liabilities of the above Scheme have been transferred to the Trustees of the AMP UK Staff Pension Scheme, and accordingly the above Scheme has been closed and is in the process of being wound up. The Trustee of the Scheme needs to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Scheme are so that it can contact them to inform them of their benefits and the arrangements being made to secure them. If you are a person to whom this notice applies and you have, or consider that you may have a right to benefit under the above Scheme, you should write to the Secretary to the Trustees of the Henderson Administration Limited 1969 Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, Lindsay Keswick, 4 Broadgate, London EC2M 2DA, giving your name, date of birth, National Insurance Number, address, date of pensionable service and any other details of the circumstances which you consider may give rise to a right to benefits for you. You should not reply to this notice if you have already received a communication from the Trustee of the above Scheme about your benefits. You should also not reply if your benefits have been transferred to another pension scheme or arrangement or were for life assurance only. Unless the Trustee already has a notice of your rights to benefits under the above Scheme, you will lose your right to claim those benefits after 5th June 2001.
