DAIRY PRODUCE QUOTAS REGULATION 2000 (S.I. NO. 2977)

The Intervention Board Executive Agency, acting in accordance with Regulation 30a of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1997, hereby gives notice of the records to be kept by laboratories analysing cows’ milk for butterfat content who, being relevant persons, are subject to the requirements of those Regulations: details of all samples of milk analysed on behalf of purchasers, showing: the time and date the sample was taken; the time and date of receipt of the sample; the time and date of the analysis; the identity of the purchaser; the identity of the producer (by name or reference number); the butterfat content of each sample recorded to two decimal places; the method of analysis used; the results of any repeat analyses. Such records shall be kept for a minimum period of 3 years, starting from the end of the year in which they were drawn up. This notice supersedes all previous notices. H.
