DAIRY PRODUCE QUOTAS REGULATION 2000 (S.I. NO. 2977)

The Intervention Board Executive Agency, acting in accordance with Regulation 30a of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1997 (as amended), hereby gives notice of the records to be kept by processors of cows’ milk who, being relevant persons, are subject to the requirements of those Regulations: details of all quantities of milk or milk products received, showing: the time and date of delivery; the volume of weight of milk or milk products delivered including copies of tanker receipts and weighbridge tickets where applicable; the name and address of the haulier; the name and address of the vendor or donor; the quantities of milk processed, types of processing, and quantities and types of milk products produced; the quantities of milk used in the production of milk products; the calculated stocks at the end of each month and actual physical stocks as at 31 March each year; the dates and quantities of milk or milk products sold and the names and addresses of the purchasers. Such records shall be kept for a minimum period of 3 years, starting from the end of the year in which they were drawn up. This notice supersedes all previous notices. H.
