KOOSPOL UK LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

To all persons who have or may have an interest or entitlement under the above-mentioned scheme. The Trustee gives notice of his intention to distribute the scheme assets. Any such person (including personal representatives or spouses of deceased members) should send particulars of their claim within two months of the date of this notice.
At the expiration of two months the Trustee will proceed with the winding-up and distribute the Scheme Assets, taking into account only those written claims he has received. Claims should be submitted to The Trustee, Hearne House, 30 Hearne Drive, Holyport, Berkshire Sl6 2HZ.
