WAVERLEY PENSION & ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Waverley Pension & Assurance Scheme established by a Trust Deed dated 7th March 1978 is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors to the Trustees at Garretts, (Ref. DB), 2 Arundel Street, London WC2R 3GA, before 30th June 2001; after which date the assets of the said Plan will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
