TENPRESS TRANSPORT LIMITED
(“the Company”)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Tenpress Transport Limited Pension Plan (“the Scheme”) was established with effect from 5th March 1998. The Company went into Liquidation on 17th March 2000. Peter Hickman was appointed Trustee of the Scheme on the Liquidation of the Company on 17th March 2000 and has since proceeded with the winding-up of the Scheme. Correspondence by post has been sent by the Trustee to all known Members of the Scheme. Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a full or part time basis and who considers that his of her exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, and who has not received correspondence from the Trustee of the Scheme should make themselves known to the undersigned. Any such claimant must on or before 29th June 2001 send in his full name and address and full particulars of any claim in writing to Peter Hickman, of Charles David & Co., Unit 4, Wood Farm Business Centre, Stonham Road, Crowfield, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 9TH, after which time the winding-up of the Scheme and the distribution of the Scheme assets will proceed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received by the undersigned. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or those who have received correspondence from the undersigned. P. Hickman, Trustee 29th March 2001.
