DANIEL PENSION SCHEME

Notice is given that the Trustees of the Daniel Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”—formerly known as the Spectra-Tek Staff Pension Scheme prior to merger with the Daniel Industries Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme) have, with effect from 1st April, merged the assets and liabilities of the Scheme with those of the Emerson Electric UK Pension Plan, and that they intend to wind-up the Scheme. Any beneficiary under the Scheme or others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the asssets of the Scheme who have not already been contacted by the Scheme Trustees in regard to the merger, are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees whose address is c/o Daniel Europe Limited, Swinton Grange, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 6QR, on or before 30th June 2001, after which date the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme.
