Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd February 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 7th March 2001, Julie Ann Whitmore, of 7 Eddington Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8GF, the person having parental responsibility for ADAM JOHN WHITMORE-BROWN, formerly Adam John Whitmore Brown, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Whitmore Brown and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Whitmore-Brown.
