Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27th February 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Justice on 28th February 2001, WENDY VERONICA HOUGHTON, of 28 Madeira Grove, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 7QH, divorced and a British citizen, pursuant to section 11 (sub-section 1) under the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Vethaak and assumed the surname of Houghton. 28th February 2001.
