Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the CIBC Contracted Out Money Purchase Plan are finalising the winding-up of the Plan and wish to trace any persons who were employed by CIBC World Markets plc. If you were an employee of CIBC World Markets plc and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Plan which have not already been notified to you, please contact Sharon Goddard at ‘Kingsgate’, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, within three months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan, having regard only to claims to which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
