HENRY SQUIRE & SONS RETIREMENT PLAN NO. 1

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given that all Creditors and others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Henry Squire & Sons Retirement Plan No. 1 are required to send particulars in writing to Mr. B. W. H. Meredith, at Henry Squire & Sons Limited, Lichfield Road, Willenhall, West Midlands WV12 5BD, on or before 5th July 2001, after which date the Trustees of the said Retirement Plan will proceed to wind up the Retirement Plan and apply the assets of the Retirement Plan in providing benefits for persons entitled to them under the Plan, having regard only to the persons and claims of which they have then had notice, and the Trustees shall not be liable to apply assets or provide benefits from the Plan or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not then had notice.
