Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 26th March 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 26th April 2001, Helen Elizabeth Lund, the mother of THOMAS EDWARD NORLAND KNOWLES, having parental responsibility for the said Thomas Edward Norland Knowles, a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, with the consent of Richard John Martin Knowles, the father of Thomas Edward Norland Knowles, abandoned, on behalf of Thomas Edward Norland Knowles, the surname of White and assumed in lieu the surname of Knowles.
