Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26th March 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3rd April 2001, BERNARD DEREK BORMAN-SCHREIBER VON ULLERSDORF, of “Greenways”, Brentwood, Leyburn, North Yorkshire DL8 5EP, a British citizen as defined by the British Nationality Act 1981, part 1(b) and (d) (section 6), naturalised by application due to residency in UK and married, abandoned the surname of Borman-Schreiber and assumed the surname of Borman-Schreiber von Ullersdorf.
