Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th December 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16th March 2001, Stephen John Francis and Laura Marguerita Francis, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of BENJAMIN PETER FRANCIS, of 15 Bathwick Street, Bath, a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Collington and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Francis.
