(formerly ABC Contract Services Limited) Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 4 months from 12th June 2001. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 12th June 2001, to send their proofs of debt to David Robert Wilton, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 8 Ridge House, Ridge House Drive, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5SJ, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
