THE BAII PENSION SCHEME

(formerly known as the Gray Dawes Pension Scheme, and incorporating the Sheppards Retirement Benefits Scheme) Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any persons having a claim against or an interest in the BAII Pension Scheme, formerly known as the Gray Dawes Pension Scheme and incorporating the Sheppards Retirement Benefits Scheme (the Scheme) are required to send particulars thereof in writing to Wally Swift, Bacon & Woodrow, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD, Administrators of the Scheme on or before 12th August 2001, after which date the assets of the Scheme will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which the administrators have had notice. Persons who have already responded in writing to a letter from the Administrators of the Scheme in March 2000 need not submit particulars in response to this notice, as the Administrators already have notice of those persons’ claims against and interests in the Scheme.
