Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Teakfield Limited 1979 Pension & Death Benefit Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Ashgate Publishing Limited (previously known as Gower Publishing Limited and prior to that Teakfield Limited and D C Heath Limited). If you were an employee of the aforementioned Companies and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme, which have not already been notified to you, please contact Karen Pye at William M Mercer Limited, “Kingsgate”, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, within 3 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 3 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
