THE DATACOM PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme which commenced winding-up on 31st March 2000 by reason or his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the undermentioned Company, namely: MR Data Management Limited, formerly known as MR Datacom Limited until September 1995 and formerly known as Datacom Services Limited from the inception of the Scheme on 1st October 1985 is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 30th September 2001, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: William M. Mercer Limited, Westgate House, 52 Westgate, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 3HF, marked for the attention of Ms. Judith Monschau (acting for the Trustees of the Scheme). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
