INSOLVENCY ACT 1986, SECTIONS 392 AND 393

Take note that I, Andrew Timothy Clay, of PKF, Pannell House, 6 Queen Street, Leeds LS1 2TW, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason as to the Department of Trade and Industry.
