Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th May 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14th June 2001, SACHA BROOKS, of Top Floor, Number 9 Berners Place, London W1T 3AD, married and a British citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the forenames of Alexander Leonard and assumed the forename of Sacha.
