Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th May 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 11th June 2001, KATHLEEN LORRAINE STEWART, of 642 High Road, Benfleet, Essex SS7 5SU, the mother and legal guardian of STEPHANIE MARGARET STEWART and JASON JAMES STEWART, of 641 High Road, Benfleet, Essex aforesaid, minors and British citizens, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, abandon on behalf of Stephanie Margaret Stewart and James Jason Stewart and myself, the name of Gordon which from now on is intended to be used as our surname and on their behalf assume from the date of the Deed Poll the same surname of Stewart.
