Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17th May 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8th June 2001, Babatunde Fatai Balogun, of 18 Morenna Street, Catford, London SE6 4JA, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of ZAINAB OLUWASEYI OLATOKUNBOH BALOGUN, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Akinsanya and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Balogun. 17th May 2001.
