Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29th March 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31st May 2001, PETER AKINOLA ADENIYI AMOS, of 84 Alverstone House, Magee Street, London SE11 5TR, married and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Oyatoye and assumed the surname of Amos.
