Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or interest in the Sutton Riley Engineering Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the Trustee of the Sutton Riley Engineering Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, c/o Wragge & Co., 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2AS, Ref. 1789014/RJB/KX11, before Thursday, 6th September 2001, after which date the assets of the Sutton Riley Engineering Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme will be distributed by the Trustee among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Sutton Riley Engineering Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme or who have received correspondence from the Trustee relating to its termination.
