Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE ABBEY HOUSE RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme; by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with the following companies, namely: Westlow Limited; KSR International Limited; and Flogates Limited and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: Mr E Twelves, Westlow Limited, Westlowe, Jaggars Lane, Harthersage, Hope Valley, Derbyshire S32 1AZ (acting for the Trustees of the Scheme). Such particulars to arrive no later than Friday 7 September. Notice of a claim is not required for persons who have been notified by the Trustees of (a) the proposed winding-up of the Scheme or (b) the securing of their benefits. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person.
