FUELSERV LIMITED STAFF BENEFITS PLAN
The Trustees of the Fuelserv Limited Staff Benefits Plan (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme should write to the Pensions Trustees, Ellerton Hall, Sambrook, Newport, Shropshire TF10 8AW, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 28 August 2001. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any claim made by a beneficiary of the Scheme (a “Beneficiary”) who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a Beneficiary and who has not registered their claim by the relevant date.
