NATIONAL EMPLOYERS’ MUTUAL GENERAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATION LIMITED (“NEMGIA”)

Notice is hereby given that the Liquidators of NEMGIA intend to declare a Sixth Interim Dividend to the Creditors of the Company within 4 months of 31 August 2001. Creditors who have not submitted claims to the Liquidators of NEMGIA, PO Box 695, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, England, by 31 August 2001, will be excluded from this Dividend. Forms of proof of debt may be obtained from the Liquidators or from policyholders’ brokers. As regards NEMGIA’s former branches in Cyprus and Malta, Creditors should contact the local Liquidator (or similar appointed person) to establish claims.
