Notice of Intended Dividends

(CVA—In Voluntary Arrangement and Administration) Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare an Interim Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 12 August 2001, to send details of their claim to the undesigned, R G Ellis, of Deloitte & Touche, Blenheim House, Fitzalan Court, Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0TS, the Supervisor and Joint Administrator of the Company.
