BETEEM INDUSTRIES LIMITED
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Beteem Industries Ltd Executive Retirement Plan and Executive Pension Plan (“the Schemes”) were established with effect from 1 September 1992 and 29 June 1981 respectively. The Company went into Liquidation on 8 November 2000. On the 8 November 2000, F A Hatch Esq and T C Lammas Esq were appointed Trustees of the Pension Scheme when the Company went into Liquidation and have since proceeded with the winding-up of the Schemes. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustee of the Scheme. Any such claimant must, on or before 18 September 2001, send his or her full address and full particulars of any claim in writing to F A Hatch Esq, of Castle & Co, Priory Chambers, Priory Street, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 1HD, after which time the winding-up of the Schemes and distribution of the Schemes assets will proceed having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice.
