On 4 June 1999, Mr A E James was appointed Trustee of the Pension Scheme when the Company went into Liquidation and has since proceeded with the winding-up of the scheme. Any such claimant must on or before 20 September 2001 send his or her full address and full particulars of any claim in writing to Mr A E James of James & Uzzell, 42 St James Crescent, Swansea SA1 6DR, after which time the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the Scheme assets will proceed having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice.
