At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Harrison Peak, Osborn Place, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PU on Tuesday 17 July 2001 the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John David Harrison and Christine Leslie Peak of Harrison Peak, Osborn Place, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2PU be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D J Lawley, Chairman
