Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Banco Mercantile de Sao Paulo SA (London) Pension Fund are finalising the winding-up of the Fund and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Banco Mercantile de Sao Paulo SA. If you were an employee of Banco Mercantile de Sao Paulo SA and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Fund which have not already been notified to you, please contact Chris Pengilley, at 33 Bruton Place, London W1J 6NP, within three months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
